My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself informed and accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I am a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Prince George's Board of Realtors, the Prince George's County Distinguished Sales Club, and am one of the top producers in my office. I also have obtained the following designations through advanced study, examination, and sales production in real estate:  

  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation
  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designationnation
  • Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation

I specialize in residential real estate and primarily serve Prince George's, Howard, Ann Arundel, and Montgomery Counties in Maryland, focusing on the Beltsville and Laurel areas. However, I have also done business in various other nearby cities including Columbia, Odenton, Gambrills, Crofton, Bowie, and more.

I have a highly successful 10-Step Marketing Plan for which highlights the value I create for sellers and the strategies I offer to market the homes I list for sale...including the use of mailings, the internet, virtual tours, Open Houses, print advertising, networking, a technology called "Talking House" and advertising on Comcast's Digital Cable TV Home Preview Channel 281 to give my listings the widest possible exposure. My "Talking House" system allows buyers who drive by a home to listen from their car radio to a description of all the features of that home.  I also have 4 web sites which highlight my listings and give buyers and sellers information about real estate as well as the ability to search for homes that meet their criteria.  In addition,  I am a certified home stager and  offer Featured Home slots and Enhanced Listing presentations on Realtor.com.
